Sales Performance Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Performance Coordinator to help drive our sales success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales metrics while delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
* Engage with customers through live inbound calls and scheduled appointments
* Utilize consultative sales approach to turn prospects into loyal customers
* Meet and exceed sales metrics while enjoying a steady flow of warm leads
Requirements:
* 2+ years of commission-based sales or collections experience
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Results-driven with no excuses
* Team player who is coachable and willing to improve
What We Offer:
* Uncapped commissions paid monthly with earning potential up to six figures
