Job Summary:

The Account Manager at CSI Companies serves as the primary contact for day-to-day staffing activities for established accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires strong relationships with clients, a keen understanding of their business, and effective communication to provide appropriate staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to provide support for maintaining and growing accounts, identifying and discussing hiring initiatives, and gaining an understanding of client business and desired outcomes.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events, to pursue and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territories or industries.
  • Facilitate the placement process for accounts, including creation of job postings, interview scheduling, candidate preparation, client debrief, interview feedback, and salary negotiation.
  • Communicate client needs to the recruiting team to provide candidates that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure candidate activity in the Vendor Management System (VMS) is accurate and compliant with federal and state regulations and CSI guidelines.
  • Oversee onboarding for contract hires, coordinating with the onboarding team to ensure start date targets are met.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with clients to ensure customer satisfaction with candidates and service level.
  • May supervise a small team of recruiters and/or account managers.
  • Provide daily recruiting metric reporting to Sales Directors and leadership teams.
  • Align with CSI's and clients' diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-4 years of sales or recruiting experience, with staffing industry experience a plus.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Applicant Tracking System knowledge preferred (Bullhorn a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a focus on new business development.
  • Demonstrates resiliency, shows initiative, driven, persistence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Advanced written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Exemplary customer focus, with an ability to establish credibility and rapport quickly.
  • Prefer understanding of sourcing and recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently.
  • Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline.
