Patient Transporter Assistant

Job Overview

At CentraCare, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Patient Transporter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

* Transport patients to and from the Imaging Services Department within St. Cloud Hospital
* Provide a professional and reassuring presence while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
* Perform light housekeeping and linen tasks within the department

Schedule

* Part-time | 29 hours every two weeks
* Evening Shift | 3:30 - 8:00 p.m. shifts Monday- Thursday
* Every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 3:30 - 8:00 p.m. | Rotating holidays

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.32 or more per hour, pay determined by experience
* Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
* Part-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more
* Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available

Requirements

* Orientation will be given to obtain desired entry-level competence in lieu of experience
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card. Certification will be provided upon hire
* Demonstrates good written and verbal skills
