Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and experiences to all guests and members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Sales Performance: Maintain personal sales performance, meeting or exceeding expectations, and drive key metrics to achieve sales goals.
- Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operations of the front desk, including administrative duties, reporting, and cash handling.
- Team Management: Assist General Manager in managing sales performance, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training process, as well as train, monitor, and coach performance.
- Membership Education and Sales: Educate and sell membership programs, including sales goals and incentives, to drive revenue growth.
- Product Promotion: Passionately promote products and services to guests and members, ensuring a strong understanding of our offerings.
- Leadership Experience: 13 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving performance and achieving sales goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, members, and team members.
- Teamwork: A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision, with a positive attitude and a passion for driving results.
- Computer Skills: Computer proficiency, with knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Base Salary: Enjoy a competitive base hourly rate ranging from $17-$18, tailored to reflect your experience and skills.
- Bonus: Earn monthly performance bonuses, with the average bonus ranging from $300 to $400 per month, based on individual and team achievements.
- Commission: Benefit from our uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance.
