Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at IQ-EQ, a leading provider of fund administration services to the alternative asset industry. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating our service offering and working closely with our experienced team of industry veterans.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Assist and support IQ-EQ client leads on multiple Private Equity funds within various industries, ensuring timely delivery of client expectations and adherence to timelines.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and/or review journal entries, management fee calculations, investor allocations, capital account statements, capital call and distribution calculations, sources/uses of cash, investor notices, carried interest calculations, and maintenance of waterfall models.
- Client Communication: Manage the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and investors, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Financial Statement Review: Review financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Operational Effectiveness: Assess operational effectiveness and make suggestions for process development to improve efficiency and quality.
- Team Management: Manage and prioritize work tasks to meet competing deadlines, train and develop junior team members, and provide exceptional client service.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a combination of experience at an alternative asset investment firm and public accounting experience.
- Analytical and technical skills with proficiency in accounting and administration for alternative investment funds.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, collaborate with others in a team environment, and produce high-quality work product with accuracy and attention to detail.
