We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant/RDA to join our team at Alliance Medical Center Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, performing various duties such as preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, and setting up instrument trays.
- Perform dental treatments under the supervision of a dentist, including taking and recording medical and dental histories, vital signs, and providing postoperative instructions.
- Communicate effectively with patients and family members to explain treatment plans, oral hygiene instructions, and answer questions within the scope of licensure and knowledge.
- Record treatment information in patient records and perform data entry tasks as needed.
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or high school graduate with six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English required.
- Registered Dental Assistant and X-ray license required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal).
- Familiarity with front-office procedures preferred.
- Competitive hourly pay.
