Server Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Enso Village. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Seating: Greet and seat residents in a timely and courteous manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Guide guests through the dining experience, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our menu and preparation methods.
- Table Setting and Maintenance: Set and reset tables as needed, ensuring they are clean and polished.
- Pre-bussing and Bussing: Pre-bus and bus tables during service periods, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Running Food and Beverages: Assist in running food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Complete opening and closing procedures, including side work and equipment maintenance.
- Spill and Breakage Response: Respond promptly to spills and breakage, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with management, servers, and service staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Previous Food Experience: Previous food experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work PM shifts and weekends.
- POS System Experience: Experience working with POS systems is required.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk 90% of the workday, stoop, bend, and stretch frequently, and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required.
- ServSafe Certification: ServSafe certification is required.
