Key Responsibilities
- Perform all responsibilities of a Guest Services Representative
- Check in and check out guests efficiently
- Provide exemplary guest service to all visitors
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all phone interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to promote loyalty
- Assist in managing the guest services team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Utilize effective sales techniques to enhance revenue and occupancy rates
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
- Support the review and approval of billing accounts and departmental reports
- Help maintain service quality standards by addressing complaints and implementing corrective measures
- Ensure cleanliness and professionalism in public areas and the hotel office
- Take on additional tasks as directed by management
