About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Cleaner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a partner in a two-person team to deliver high-quality cleaning services
  • Prep supplies for the day and review the schedule before departing the office
  • Direct your partner on the areas of the home they will be responsible for and follow the Molly Maid cleaning process in each home
  • Check your partner's work and have them check yours, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Pack up supplies for the next house and review notes while traveling to the next house
  • Drop your route schedule at the office and dirty towels and supplies at the end of the day
Benefits

As a House Cleaner with Molly Maid, you can expect a range of benefits, including:

  • Three-week paid training starting at $15 per hour
  • 40 or more hours per week with the ability to work overtime
  • Advancement to team leader in as little as 3 months
  • Newer company cars to drive to/from homes
  • Take the company car home privileges after 90 days
  • Fuel and supplies provided
  • Paid vacation
  • No nights, weekends, or major holidays
  • 401(K) plan with a company match
  • Saturday work on a volunteer basis

Our target pay is $650 per week for Partners and $750 per week for Team Leaders, plus tips which will vary.
