We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Registry Ally, Inc. as a Clinical Behavior Analyst. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment Planning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques and strategies.
- Administer and interpret assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Analysis, to inform treatment planning.
- Training and Supervision
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
- Monitor progress and make program changes as indicated.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans and progress.
- Education and Certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position to a standing position, as well as lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
