Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, Part-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Surpass Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing applied behavior analysis evaluation and consultation to clients, preparing and maintaining records and reports, and developing and implementing treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans * Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis * Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records and reports * Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions * Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive treatment * Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn and improve functional activities * Meet productivity requirements and adhere to company policies and procedures Requirements: * Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field * Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB * Minimum of two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting * Valid CPR certification and other medical training requirements as specified by payors Additional Requirements: * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and/or governmental regulations * Ability to read and write detail-oriented session notes, behavior plans, and treatment reports * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisory staff members, caregivers, and others Why Work with Us: At Surpass Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our clients.
