Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately measure, portion, and cook all food items promptly
  • Maintain proper food temperatures and ensure safe food storage
  • Execute opening, closing, and side work duties following established protocols
  • Keep your workstation and equipment clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Adhere to waste control guidelines and document all waste appropriately
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Capability to follow instructions and adhere to procedures
  • Basic math skills for recipe measurements and calculations
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is required
Physical Requirements
  • Manual dexterity to chop, mix, and blend various food items
  • Ability to lift heavy pans, up to 50 pounds, and operate kitchen machinery
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Work in a hot and humid environment
Work Schedule

Shifts may include day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and event-based scheduling, with options for both 8-hour and 10-hour shifts.
