Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in a Contract-to-Hire position. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for building, installing, and testing hydraulic and electrical components for various equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex mechanical assembly work and conduct hydraulic functional testing to ensure product quality and conformance.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.
  • Assemble hydraulic and electrical systems and components using jigs, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and wiring problems using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it meets customer specifications and expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, hydraulic, or electrical assembly.
  • Basic understanding of hydraulic principles and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
