About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Upsperity JobSeekers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach, including cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals. As an integral part of our sales team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. You should also have a high-energy personality, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
