**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Benefit & Risk Management Services, Inc. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will also assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Perform financial analysis to support business decisions
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations
• Provide recommendations to management on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
