Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Edgebrook Care Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Document resident care and services provided.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • A high school education or higher education is not required to be hired into this job.
  • Prior work experience may not be required to be hired into this job.
  • No certification required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly wage of $18/hour, with a wage increase to $20/hour when certified as a CNA.
  • A $2,500 hiring bonus.
  • The opportunity to become a certified nursing assistant and receive training and support to achieve this goal.
