Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at Edgebrook Care Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Support residents with maintaining their living areas, including cleaning and organizing
  • Document resident care and activities in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • High school education or higher
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Basic math skills and ability to measure quantities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
