Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Edgebrook Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their personal hygiene and daily living needs, and promoting a positive and respectful environment.
Responsibilities- Provide resident-centered personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assist residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed.
- Provide a positive dining experience and assist residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment.
- Document resident cares and behaviors according to Society policy, procedure, and regulations.
- Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing, or supplies properly, and follow consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use.
- Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the location and the state.
- Ability to communicate and comprehend, and perform assigned tasks and meet requirements for in-services, training, and meeting attendance.
- Ability to measure and comprehend quantities.
