Manufacturing Process Maintenance Specialist III

**Job Summary**
This role involves providing customer-oriented service and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing Process Maintenance Specialist III will be responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance on various manufacturing equipment, demonstrating a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control principles.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment problems and ensure seamless production operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Assist in resolving mechanical issues with external vendors and suppliers to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance and repair logbooks to track equipment history and performance.
- Independently perform routine work and new assignments, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders and asset management.
- Support small projects and initiatives as directed by management, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and learn.
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree with 3.5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work a NIGHT SHIFT schedule and occasional overtime, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Physically capable of climbing, crawling, and lifting heavy equipment, with a focus on safety and ergonomics.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, with a preference for experience with CMMS system and Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures.
