Patient Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Representative to join our team at MAXhealth. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, including collecting co-payments and scheduling appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of computer software programs, including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems.
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
