Position Summary
The Nursing Assistant II + Clerical (Clinical Support Tech II) role is positioned within the Burn Center, a facility renowned for its advanced technology and commitment to high-quality care for burn patients of all ages. This center is distinguished for its excellence in burn treatment and adheres to rigorous verification standards.
This full-time position entails a commitment of 36 hours per week, organized into 12-hour rotating shifts, which may include weekends and holidays. The role comes with a comprehensive State benefits package, including accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) and a structured orientation program conducted bi-weekly.
As part of a diverse healthcare organization, the mission is to improve the health and wellness of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support healthcare professionals during examinations and medical procedures.
- Monitor and document patient care activities, reporting any changes as necessary.
- Execute various clerical and administrative tasks to support the unit.
- Provide direct patient care and assist with clinical support activities.
- Facilitate patient education by distributing relevant materials and reinforcing information.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant II and current CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in clerical or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.
