Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Overview:

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Smile Brands, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). Your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and provide them with a seamless experience throughout their visit.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible hours to accommodate patient needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Guiding: Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services and payment options.
  • Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing Smile Brands for their dental care and treat them with professionalism and respect.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of related experience in a dental or medical office setting.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.

Compensation:

$25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
