Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Leader at Kindthread, your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs of our customers and assist them in selecting the ideal products. Our team is committed to providing outstanding customer service that drives sales and fosters a positive atmosphere.

You will oversee, direct, and organize our retail operations in alignment with Kindthread's values and standards.

  • Ensure that staff comprehend and fulfill business objectives.
  • Conduct all operational tasks in accordance with company policies.

  • Adhere to cash management protocols.
  • Execute safety and security measures diligently.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Experience Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Educational Background
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required; some higher education is preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly standing and walking.
  • Constantly reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
  • Occasionally stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools.
  • Ability to hear and understand verbal communication.
  • Visual acuity for tasks within arm's reach.
