Job Title: SIC Electrician

Job Overview: We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team for an upcoming project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Utilize tools such as voltage testers, wire strippers, and pipe benders to prepare layouts.
  • Execute panel terminations following safety protocols.
  • Plan installation sequences to ensure smooth workflow and avoid conflicts with other trades.
  • Install cable trays, pull wires, and bend conduits as required.
  • Demonstrate understanding of motor controls and metering systems.
  • Calculate and size branch circuit protection devices.
  • Assess electrical loads for single-phase and three-phase circuits.
  • Review and analyze specifications for electrical components.
  • Follow detailed plans and instructions accurately.
  • Perform tasks in various positions, including overhead and confined spaces.
  • Make informed decisions based on established criteria.
  • Visualize and interpret three-dimensional objects from technical drawings.
  • Lift and transport materials safely.
  • Identify and respond to hazardous conditions effectively.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be prepared for potential travel.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Complete all required safety and job training.
  • Adhere to safety and quality protocols at all times.

Physical and Job Site Requirements:

  • Ability to use personal protective equipment and lift up to fifty pounds.
  • Work in various environments, including offices, warehouses, and outdoor sites, with exposure to different weather conditions.
  • Access all areas of the job site, including elevated positions and confined spaces.
  • Meet the physical demands necessary to perform essential job functions safely.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and working in awkward positions.
