Job Title: SIC Electrician

Job Overview: We are currently seeking skilled Electricians to contribute to our projects. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to work effectively in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
  • Maintain accuracy within specified limits and standards.
  • Utilize tools such as voltage testers, wire strippers, and pipe benders for layout preparation.
  • Execute panel terminations following safety protocols.
  • Plan installation sequences to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Install cable trays, pull wires, and bend conduits as required.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of motor controls and metering.
  • Determine appropriate sizes for branch circuit protection devices.
  • Calculate electrical loads for various circuits.
  • Assess and compare specifications of lines, figures, and objects.
  • Follow detailed instructions and adhere to plans and blueprints.
  • Perform tasks in various positions, including overhead and confined spaces.
  • Make informed decisions based on measurable criteria.
  • Visualize and interpret three-dimensional objects from technical drawings.
  • Handle and transport materials of varying weights safely.
  • Identify and respond to hazardous conditions effectively.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be prepared for potential travel.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Complete all required safety and job training.
  • Adhere to safety and quality processes consistently.

Physical and Job Site Requirements:

  • Ability to use personal protective equipment and lift up to fifty pounds.
  • Work in various environments, including offices, warehouses, and outdoor sites, with exposure to diverse conditions.
  • Access all areas of the job site, including elevated and confined spaces.
  • Meet the physical demands necessary to perform essential job functions safely.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Endure long periods of standing, bending, and working in challenging positions.
