Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption of our groundbreaking minimally invasive treatment option for men with an enlarged prostate.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Market Development teams to leverage clinical expertise and lead healthcare providers in incorporating this new procedure into their practice.

  • Serve as a product expert, promoting the safe and effective use of the new procedure.
  • Build and maintain strong healthcare provider relationships, adhering to ethical standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide support and resources to the sales team, enabling them to influence healthcare professionals on the purchase of our offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of sales training content based on field learnings.
  • Collect business intelligence for input into Marketing's key growth areas.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Professional Education to identify healthcare provider needs for the safe and effective use of medical equipment.
  • Stay informed on relevant clinical studies, market trends, and competitive movements, providing timely updates to the Marketing team.
  • Assist in creating best practice roadmaps for training and adoption of the new procedure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant clinical/business experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined healthcare Sales, Marketing, and/or clinical experience in a hospital operating room environment.
  • Experience in developing and managing Healthcare Provider (HCP) relationships is essential.
  • Urology clinical experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to launch new technologies successfully.
  • Track record of developing accounts, training physicians, and their staff.
  • Demonstrated success in executing strategic plans and leading change.
  • Strong prospecting skills and self-starter mentality.
  • Capable of independent action and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with mobile technology for healthcare professional training; experience in videoconference training preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically (80%, primarily within a defined region) - position is subject to daily and/or overnight travel.
