We are seeking a highly motivated Carre Coordinator Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing patient referrals.
  • Triage referrals, gather necessary information, and ensure timely processing and assignment to appropriate providers.
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of referral experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
