Program Administrator Position at Hope Community Support Services LLC

Job Summary:

Hope Community Support Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Administrator to join our team. As a Program Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with agency requirements, providing training and support to team members, managing program staff and operations, participating in Person Centered Planning meetings, and maintaining records and documentation.


Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all program activities are in compliance with agency requirements, laws, and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Management: Manage program staff and operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Person Centered Planning: Participate in Person Centered Planning meetings to ensure that client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of program activities, client information, and staff performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Certifications: Valid State Driver's License and required certifications in CPR, First Aid, and more.
