Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance
    • Monitor and analyze critical and non-critical facilities equipment information to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
    • Perform preventative and responsive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Alarm Response and Troubleshooting
    • Respond to alarms and notifications to investigate and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Use technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Facilities Operations and Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Develop and implement procedures for facilities operations and maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and permits related to facilities operations and maintenance.
    • Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong technical knowledge of facilities equipment and systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Work in a variety of settings, including indoors and outdoors, in all types of weather.
  • Wear and utilize various types of safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work with a high degree of safety and environmental consciousness.
