Maintenance Technician

My Place Hotels is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting and servicing equipment and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent issues before they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure all mechanical areas are in excellent condition.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Dependability and a professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in maintenance work.
