As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes while adhering to quality and presentation standards. Your role will involve:
- Ingredient Preparation: Portioning, chopping, and storing food items, as well as washing and peeling fresh produce.
- Cooking Responsibilities: Following recipes and food preparation checklists to ensure meals are cooked to perfection.
- Equipment Operation: Utilizing ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers efficiently.
- Food Quality Monitoring: Testing and ensuring food is cooked adequately and meets quality expectations.
- Workstation Management: Setting up and breaking down your work area, maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Professional Standards

Physical Requirements
