Custodial Technician

PCSI is seeking a Custodial Technician to join our team. This role involves performing essential and semi-skilled cleaning tasks to ensure that office spaces, residential units, and other commercial facilities are kept in pristine condition. The Custodial Technician will report directly to the project manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine cleaning activities to uphold the cleanliness of designated areas.
- Sanitize various locations including offices, corridors, restrooms, and work areas.
- Utilize cleaning tools and chemicals in a safe and effective manner.
- Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors as necessary.
- Dust surfaces, wash walls, and clean windows and fixtures.
- Dispose of waste and restock restroom supplies.
- Keep accurate records of completed cleaning tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a custodial role is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of cleaning and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read and adhere to safety instructions for cleaning products.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Physical capability to lift and transport objects within specified weight limits.
- Successful completion of necessary screenings.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle cleaning agents.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Potential for security clearance for specific assignments.
