PCSI is seeking a dedicated Custodial Technician to support the El Paso Border Patrol. This role involves performing essential housekeeping duties to ensure that office spaces, residential units, and other commercial properties are kept in pristine condition. The position is under the supervision of the project manager and is located in El Paso, Texas. Work schedules may include either Morning Shift: 6am to 2:30pm or Night Shift: 3pm to 11:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine cleaning tasks to uphold the cleanliness of designated areas.
- Sanitize various locations including offices, corridors, restrooms, and work areas.
- Utilize cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Dust surfaces, wash walls, and clean windows and fixtures.
- Dispose of waste and restock restroom supplies.
- Document completed tasks accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in custodial services is advantageous.
- Proficient in the use of cleaning and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read and adhere to safety instructions for cleaning agents.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Physical capability to lift and transport objects as required.
- Successful completion of necessary screenings.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and manage cleaning chemicals.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Potential for security clearance at specific sites.
