About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our client's hospital team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a collaborative approach to neonatal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide delivery attendance and manage day-to-day operations of the NICU.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to deliver collaborative, team-based care, including ventilator management, nutrition management, lab review, and family consultations.
  • Provide coverage for the newborn nursery and work 24-hour shifts, with the flexibility to bundle shifts for scheduling convenience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $125K - $140K
  • Sign-On Bonus: Available

  • Malpractice with tail coverage
  • Relocation package available

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certification: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (NNP-BC)
  • Licensure: RN license and an APRN license

Requirements:

  • Commitment to working seven 24-hour shifts per month.
  • Strong dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach to neonatal care.
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hospital leadership, hospitalist teams, nurses, and staff physicians.
