We are currently in search of a skilled Paralegal to support our executive team. This role is essential in managing various legal functions within our organization. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and will be a key contributor to the legal framework of our expanding automotive group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertising Compliance: Assist in the review of advertising materials to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Contract Oversight: Work closely with legal counsel to handle contracts, maintain vendor onboarding processes, track important deadlines, and organize documentation.
  • Litigation Coordination: Manage incoming legal matters, oversee indemnity requests, and ensure timely responses to legal inquiries.
  • Corporate Compliance: Handle corporate filings, assist in drafting official documents, and maintain accurate corporate records.
  • OEM Communication: Keep relevant parties informed of any changes in business structure or management.
  • Licensing Management: Oversee business licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  • Entity Structuring: Maintain up-to-date organizational charts reflecting the company's structure.
  • M&A Assistance: Provide support during mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the automotive sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
