Key Responsibilities
  • Assess damage and conduct initial site inspections to determine the scope of work
  • Develop and implement effective mitigation and demolition strategies to minimize property damage
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Prepare and operate extraction and drying equipment to restore properties to their pre-loss condition
  • Perform high-level water mitigation, board up, and mold remediation services
  • Demolish and remove damaged materials, including carpet, pad, flooring, drywall, insulation, and other affected items
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked vehicle and equipment
  • Accurately record and report job details, including site conditions and customer interactions
  • Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Related experience in construction, restoration, or a related field
  • Insurance industry experience preferred, but not required
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FRST, or AMRT) are preferred, but not required
  • Mitigation and water drying experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and their uses
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently and work in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
