Job Title: Majesco Business Architect

Work Location: New York, NY / Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals and objectives.
  • Functional Analysis: Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications, creating user stories, use cases, and process flows to capture the end-to-end user journey and system interactions.
  • Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive solutions using Majesco's products to address specific business needs, selecting appropriate tools and designing the overall architecture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Majesco solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Majesco solutions, tuning configurations, improving solution efficiency, and ensuring solutions meet performance benchmarks.
  • Documentation and Training: Document the design, implementation, and maintenance of Majesco solutions, providing training and support to team members and stakeholders.
