Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

Flexibility and Reliability

Dependability regarding transportation and attendance is essential. A commitment to serving customers and supporting the business is expected, including maintaining cleanliness and organization as instructed, and undertaking special projects when necessary.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome every customer upon entering the store.
  • Verify the age of all customers through valid photo identification.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries or refer them to a manager for assistance.
  • Guide customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting customer device issues.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
  • Participate in store opening and closing tasks.
  • Maintain the shop's appearance, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
  • Continuously update knowledge of current and new products available in the store.
  • Stay informed about trends in the vaping industry.
  • Be prepared to multitask effectively.
  • Manage a steady flow of customers and remain productive during quieter periods.
