Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, representing our facility to the community, and performing local marketing functions as assigned by the Director of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with current and potential referrals to develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships
- Represent The Vines Hospital to the community, interested persons, and potential referral sources within our identified market service area
- Perform local marketing functions as assigned by the Director of Business Development, including extensive travel and occasional irregular/long hours
- Bachelor's level degree in Marketing or a related business field, or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in Marketing/Sales for a medical facility, preferably in the behavioral health field
- Employer conducts Drug Screening, Background, and Reference Checks
- Full-time position with varying schedules
- Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Plan
