Job Summary:

The Harvard Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our janitorial and security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
  • Monitor and ensure quality control expectations are met
  • Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
  • Review employee performance and implement constructive discipline processes as needed
  • Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
  • Other projects as assigned by management
  • Report payroll and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure optimal levels

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing janitorial operations
  • Flexibility with hours and schedule
  • Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
