About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route Sales Professional to join our team in a Vacation Relief capacity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and stocking products on store shelves and displays to ensure optimal visibility and sales
  • Driving sales through the acquisition of new display space, incremental displays, and the use of sales data to inform store-level plans
  • Building effective customer relationships and ensuring promotions are executed as planned
  • Introducing new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and when soliciting new customers
  • Conducting daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining accurate inventory counts
  • Driving company route trucks safely and completing DOT daily logs and submitting other documentation on time
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
  • Must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
  • 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred
