Key Responsibilities
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly to incidents, complaints, and alarms, and complete detailed written reports as necessary.
  • Assistance and Patrol: Greet and assist employees, visitors, and patients, and patrol buildings and grounds according to supervisor instructions.
  • Traffic and Parking Management: Direct traffic within hospital premises and enforce parking regulations.
  • Safety Intervention: Intervene in situations involving individuals who may be a danger to themselves or others.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Certification and Licensure: CT State Certified Security Guard and Current CT Driver License.
