Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team at Cloudious LLC. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • CI/CD Expertise: Demonstrate profound knowledge in Jenkins as a CI/CD pipeline tool. Familiarity with additional CI/CD tools will be considered a valuable asset.
  • Scripting Proficiency: Experience in Groovy, Chef, or Puppet scripting for constructing CI/CD scripted pipelines. Ability to integrate various testing solutions and manage release orchestration within Jenkins pipelines.
  • Source Code Management: Strong understanding of GitHub for source code management and administration. Knowledge of advanced GitHub features such as GitHub Actions and the migration of code repositories from other version control systems will significantly enhance project contributions.
  • Image Repository Knowledge: Familiarity with image repositories such as Sonatype Nexus and/or JFrog Artifactory.
  • Security Integration: Proven experience in incorporating security tools within the CI/CD pipeline and fostering a DevSecOps culture.
  • Kubernetes Administration: Experience with Kubernetes management, particularly with EKS and/or OpenShift, is advantageous.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Mindset: A developer/engineering automation mindset is preferred over a traditional operations mindset.
