Job Title: Safety Specialist

Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for providing functional occupational safety and health leadership and technical expertise to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive world-class OSH program within a multi-employer worksite.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation on pre-job planning, accident prevention, regulatory compliance, job safety analysis, hazard management, behavior modification, site safety work permitting, and auditing programs.
  • Conduct PPE, ergonomic, and health risk assessments and exposure monitoring.
  • Support incident and near-miss investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Interface with regulatory agencies and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 2+ years of safety compliance experience in manufacturing or chemical processing.
  • Desirable certifications: CSP designation.
