We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care department at Adventist HealthCare. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred or currently enrolled in Bachelors of Nursing program.
- Active Maryland RN license required.
- Passing score on NCLEX.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
- One year of current critical care nursing experience within your specialty in a hospital environment preferred.
