Job Summary: As a Pastry Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our pastry team in the production of high-end desserts and pastries. You will be expected to have a strong background in pastry production, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pastry team in the production of high-end desserts and pastries
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items
  • Ensure that all pastry products meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Assist in the management of inventory and supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a pastry production environment
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong background in pastry production and dessert making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
