Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily invoicing workflow, which includes reviewing, posting, organizing, filing, and dispatching invoices. Ensure that all shipping documentation adheres to JSOX regulations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, balancing cost efficiency with convenience.
  • Prepare monthly closing documentation and account reconciliation checklists.
  • Evaluate and authorize weekly expense reports, ensuring adherence to the travel policy.
  • Support the Accounts Payable Accountant with the three-way matching process of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving slips, input accounts payable invoices, send checks to vendors, and maintain filing systems.
  • Generate journal entries as required.
  • Manage the customer credit application process, from submission to reference checks and credit assessments.
  • Assist the CFO/Controller with various special projects as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, documents, and files.
  • Strong communication abilities with personnel at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Availability to work after hours when necessary.
