  • Work effectively under stress and maintain a high level of emotional maturity to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or medical facility setting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
