Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Court Team Member. As a key member of our food court team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Restock and replenish food and supplies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working a minimum of 4-hour shifts. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
