Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and positive Food Service Team Lead to join our team. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for preparing foods, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring the highest quality of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food to customers
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Train and develop coworkers to achieve daily goals
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Ensure a clean and inviting store environment
  • Assist with merchandising and visual displays
  • Maintain knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time

Requirements

  • Great people skills and ability to work with a diverse team
  • Ability to problem solve and shift priorities quickly
  • Desire to help others and provide excellent customer service
  • 6 months of food service experience, including customer service and food preparation
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
